Shaped is an Australian sheet metal product engineering company that does it all — part design, laser cutting, bending, forming, fabrication, finishing. If it can be made from metal, they’re already halfway done.

When we started working together, Shaped was the only company in Australia offering a truly digital experience for makers. No calls. No waiting days for quotes. Customers often worry not only about production errors, but also about slow responses, unclear communication, or limitations around small or highly specific orders. Shaped addressed these concerns by making the process responsive and accessible.
So we built a brand that says exactly what they do: move manufacturing forward. From quote to shipment, everything is streamlined through automation and digital tools. The vision was clear and ambitious — advanced manufacturing made easy, empowering makers to bring their projects to life.

For the identity, we started where Shaped starts: with laser cutting. We designed custom, shape-like letterforms for the logo —precise, engineered, but still human. Those forms grew into a full visual language of shapes and patterns that feel both technical and flexible.

The website follows the same logic. It borrows from the clarity of technical documentation, but with a more forward-looking edge. Everything is designed to make ordering—no matter how complex—feel simple, and ideally a little bit satisfying.
